Apricot Juice

I had never heard of Apricot juice before I married Kyle. Four years ago, I was at dinner one sunday and they busted out the apricot juice. I will say I was not a big fan at all, but it slowly is growing on me. So after 4 years of being in the family and watching Jeana can dozens of apricots along with other foods that I will also start canning, I decided to dip my toes into canning. We canned 9 bottles which sadly 1 bottle shattered in the steaming process. I will say that it was actually really fun and very satisfying to see what our hard work accomplished.
